Additional house rules

Thank you for reviewing my house rules. In order for us both to be satisfied and to avoid any issues during your vacation, I like to go over the MOST IMPORTANT RULES for staying at my condo so there are no misunderstandings and you do not disrupt or bother my neighbors. They are quiet and hardworking people and when these rules are not followed, I hear from them. The Boulders Homeowners Association is made up of mostly locals and 2nd homeowners for skiers and riders. They do not like rowdy and noisy guests so it will be a problem for both of us if that occurs. Please ensure the following rules are followed to avoid any issues: 1. Absolutely NO PETS are allowed on the property whether they are yours or your guests. This is an HOA rule for short term renters and the neighbors will report it and a fine will be assessed that will be your responsibility to pay. There are many other rentals that do allow pets so please book elsewhere if you must bring your pet. 2. Maximum guest occupancy is SIX (6) GUESTS ONLY. When more than this number stay, it becomes too noisy for my neighbors with too many people coming and going. There is also only overnight parking for 2 vehicles, one in the garage and one at the parking space outside of the garage. This is a Town of Truckee STR Ordinance ruling with the potential of fines to be assessed that will ultimately be the Guests responsibility. 3. This is a NON-SMOKING unit, and no smoking is allowed inside the condo. 4. No parties are allowed. 5. Booking guest cannot be under 25 years old. 6. Please pay close attention to trash and recycling instructions. Trash cans CANNOT be over filled or excess fees will be charged by Tahoe Truckee Sanitation Department that will be your responsiblity. Do not use the neighbors trash can and only use the bin marked "ROSSI". 7. You will be required to sign a Rental Agreement that I will forward to your shortly agreeing to these and other terms. If any of these rules are a problem for you, please do not book my condo. There are countless properties to choose from that allow pets and occupancy for over 6 people so you have multiple options. If these rules work for you, I’m confident you will have a peaceful and restful stay in a very clean and well-appointed condo. This is our home away from home and we love to host guests who will treat our space as if it were their own. We have spared no expense on quality mattresses, linens, tasteful decor, a Weber gas BBQ and have a fully stocked kitchen that would satisfy most chefs. The condo comes stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryers, most common kitchen spices, coffee maker, grinder, coffee filters, dish washing soap and laundry detergent. It is not your typical vacation rental with limited or low-quality amenities.
